Biography

Annette Magro, OTD, OTR/L is a skilled Occupational Therapist at M Street Pediatric Therapy.

While completing her graduate studies, Annette worked in a community-based mental health clinic as a Behavioral Assistant. Within the clinic, Annette worked in the therapeutic day school as a one-on-one assistant helping students address behavioral concerns, allowing them to transition back to the public school setting. During her time at the clinic she completed her Doctoral Capstone, running a therapy group for youth at-risk for incarceration, identifying the role occupational therapy can play in decreasing incarceration rates.

Post-graduate school, Annette has worked with the pediatric population in both an outpatient clinic, as well as within the school setting. Annette started working within the Illinois Early Intervention System in January of 2025.

Annette takes prides in providing dependable, responsible, and honest care to the families she works with. She is passionate about ensure that marganialized communities have access to high quality healthcare services.
